About this Coach

He is an executive coach and facilitator based in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience delivering workshops and working with senior executives and leaders from various industries, coaching and supporting them to further develop their leadership.

In his coaching practice,  he blends the solution and value-based approaches together with other techniques grounded in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He focuses on client outcomes and business objectives when guiding his clients towards more impactful results for themselves and their stakeholders. Beyond helping his clients in key areas such as communication and leadership development, he engages them in the discovery of individual purpose, and the alignment of personal goals with organizational objectives.

Having led international teams and worked with senior executives from every corner of the world, he brings in the cultural intelligence dimension when working with multinational teams and/ or across geographical boundaries.

He had extensive corporate leadership experience. He was Managing Director and Regional Treasurer for General Electric. He held regional Treasurer positions for Morgan Stanley in Asia and Europe, and served as CEO of Morgan Stanley Bank (UK) during the Global Financial Crisis years of 2007-2010. He had also chaired and served as an active member of various Boards throughout his corporate career.
