Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)

According to ICF, Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession. Our team coaching certification program is aligned with the new ICF Team Coaching competencies and is designed to be highly practical in order to transform team effectiveness.

To maximize the learning experience, our team coaching program includes 4 distinct phases:

  1. Team Coaching Foundations: Focus on the ICF Team Coaching Competencies and key Team Coaching processes and frameworks
  2. Innovative Team Coaching: Explore 15 practical and powerful team coaching tools to quickly deepen your effectiveness and results
  3. Team Coaching Practice: Structured time to practice the competencies, tools and frameworks with your peers and coach faculty
  4. Team Coaching Supervision: Further deepen your team coaching competencies through in-depth discussion of actual team coaching engagements

OUTCOMES

Outcomes from completing Team Coaching

Our Team Coaching program is aligned with the requirements of the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Once you complete the program, you will be eligible for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

During 20+ years of developing coaching excellence, we realized that a multi-disciplinary approach yields far better results. Our curriculum integrates both the art and science of coaching to enable participants to achieve transformative results through coaching.

We also know that practice alone does not make perfect, but practice with meaningful feedback does – so throughout our coach education programs, different forms of supervised practice are emphasized to ensure the development of coaching excellence.
