Starting out as a pioneer in Executive Coaching in 2002,Progress-U has evolved to become one of Asia’s leading organization in developing corporate cultures, teams and leaders.

Our expertise is in assisting our clients identify which development initiatives would best support their business goals and consequently design & deliver programs that achieve exactly that, leveraging highly impactful assessments and other tools, advanced digital micro-learning and in-person or virtual workshops.

We know that running traditional training programs for leaders are a waste of time and money. Progress-U’s unique methodology integrating group coaching style facilitation with change-oriented program design has proven to make a true impact on leadership behaviors resulting in positive changes in business outcomes.
