To be eligible to join this program, you must have graduated from Progress-U’s Corporate Coaching Proficiency (CCP) program or have completed equivalent coach certification programs before.

MODULE 5

Coaching with EQ and Intuition

Make your coaching transformational through leveraging intuition and EQ.

Integrating the latest research on intuition and the neuroscience around emotional intelligence, this module will deepen your understanding of:

  • the power of intuition
  • how to leverage emotional intelligence for you and your clients
  • how deploying both your intuition and emotional intelligence can benefit your clients

MODULE 6

High-Level Executive Coaching

Are you ready to ‘break the rules’ of everything you’ve learned? This module is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and challenge you to become the best coach you can be to coach in the C-Suite, including:

  • Coaching with courage
  • Innovative coaching formats
  • Differences between coaching C-Suite and less senior executives
  • Mastering coaching fluency to be a Master Certified Coach

Mentoring hours

International Coaching Federation (ICF) required mentoring hours

To successfully complete this program and achieve your certification you must complete Group and 1:1 Mentoring focused on the 8 ICF Core Competencies at Master Certified Coach level.

  • Group mentoring:
    • Learn how demonstrating the ICF coaching competencies at MCC level is different from PCC level
    • practice within your peer group
    • supervised by an MCC Mentor Coach
  • 1:1 mentoring sessions:
    • submit recordings of coaching sessions you conducted
    • discuss your level of proficiency related to MCC level preparing you for the performance evaluation recordings required by ICF

As an already accomplished coach, you’re looking to enrich your coaching practice with deeper knowledge and competencies, and to enhance your credibility with a ICF Level 3 certification.

Successful completion of this program will lead you to the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the ICF.

We also know that practice alone does not make perfect, but practice with meaningful feedback does – so throughout our coach education programs, different forms of supervised practice are emphasized to ensure the development of coaching excellence.
