He is a versatile leader and coach with extensive experience with MNCs and family businesses. He adopted coaching and mentoring techniques first as a line manager, mentoring young leaders within MNC environments. Now he coaches a range of leaders from C-Suite to more junior “managers” striving to become “leaders”. His coaching principles often center around helping individuals to be grounded in self-awareness and awareness of others. He also helps leaders clarify longer-term personal and career goals based on deep exploration of their values and experiences. His background in leadership positions within MNC environments across geographies and functions, allows for a natural connection with his clients. His business experience spans over 25 years, including over 20 years with the Royal Dutch Shell Group in Hong Kong, London, China, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia.
