PAYMENT METHOD AND REGISTRATION
You may make payment either by TT or by sending us a cheque. Online payment with credit card on request at a 5% surcharge. Any local taxes not included (where applicable). Invoices are to be paid by the due date stated in the invoice.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
If you are unable to attend, another member of your organisation can be substituted at no charge. Please provide the name, job title and contact details of the substitute delegate at least 2 working days before the start of the course.
A refund minus a charge of US$250 administration fee will be made for cancellations received in writing at least 7 days before the program. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 7 days before the start date, but a postponement to a later intake is possible at an US$250 administration fee.
Progress-U reserves all rights to amend, cancel and/or change the program, trainer, date or venue if necessary by circumstances beyond our control. In the event of program cancellation our liability limited to a full refund of your course fees.
