About this Coach
An executive coach and leadership facilitator since 2007, she brings to her role a rich diversity of corporate and leadership experience. She has more than thirty years in the banking industry and enjoyed a successful international career, with expatriate postings to many countries including Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand and the USA.
Since 2008, she has coached senior leaders in many industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, industrials, telecommunications, financials to government bodies. She has been a senior coach with the Center for Creative Leadership for the past 15 years and facilitates leadership development and executive coaching for Fortune 500 clients. Her corporate background attracts senior executives from the financial industry in various disciplines such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Credit, Project Management and Finance although she is as comfortable coaching leaders from other industries.
This coach adopts a cognitive-behavioural based approach to coaching, grounded in the strong belief that the pathway to effective collaboration passes thru’ self-awareness and self-acceptance. She explores and challenges intellectual and emotional habits, assumptions and beliefs, and derives immense satisfaction when the leaders she coached commit to new behaviors that enhance possibilities for lasting and important changes with internal and external stakeholders.
