She is an executive coach based in Singapore who is passionate about education and advocates lifelong learning. She strongly believes that successful business conducted with kindness and integrity is more rewarding and sustainable. In her coaching practice, her approach is to support her clients to discover new perspectives and transformation that will help them achieve their goals and potential.
Armed with over 30 years of international corporate and business experience, she brings real world experience from culturally diverse and complex environments to her clients, with deep connection and empathy while focussing on their strengths and courage in order to bring out the best in them.
She has built businesses from scratch, as well as strategized and spearheaded global expansion of corporations. Her values and personality have served her well across industries from Media & Advertising, through to Technology and Publishing. She has extensive experience living and working in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Chile.
She relocated back to Singapore in 2017 to continue her role as Deputy General Manager of Marshall Cavendish Education for a year, looking after their business in various parts of Asia, South America and Europe. Now, she dedicates her time to coaching and professional development for her clients whilst bringing quality education to children in the world.
She also drew on her experience from working on United Nations Environment Programme’s Champion of the Earth and various charity events while with MediaCorp Pte Ltd to contribute as a volunteer and committee member for Bike Aid Singapore’s Ride-for-Rations since 2018.
