About this Coach
She is an executive coach based in Hong Kong and Sydney. She has extensive experience working with leaders in Education, NGOs, Health, Medicine and other industries. She has developed a unique expertise in the science and practice of human intelligence and behavioural learning. She applies these related insights and tools to provide fresh approaches to her clients. This leads to executives amplifying the potential in themselves and others.
By utilising the theories of Multiple Intelligences in the corporate world, she shows that coaching provides the optimal conditions for individuals and teams to discover ways to leverage human intelligence, personally and collectively. These ‘new ways’ can be applied to a range of initiatives and are especially applicable to creativity, innovation and change. Her coaching combines her intuitive capabilities, her extensive experience in education, her expertise in how the brain ‘learns, her perspectives in diversity with her professional warmth to help bridge the divide between purpose, strategy, execution and transformational change. When people ignite their multiple intelligences, motivation for positive change follows as does workplace fulfilment.
She authored and published two books – one academic and another popular non-fiction. She also wrote a symphony for full orchestra – performed by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
