Daniel Jacob is one of two CEOs of the CML Group, the leading global provider of premium quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the Automotive, Industry Electronics and Consumer Electronics sectors.

Daniel has always believed in the power of disruption, e.g. when he pioneered by shifting the direction of his company strategy from a trading company to being a one-stop shop with a manufacturing arm in China; or when he shifted the mindset of a local family owned business in Germany into a multi-national business with a factory in China and offices in Asia, Europe and the Americas; or when he united all employees under the ONETEAM umbrella fostering a culture of unity in diversity.

Dana Breitenstein is an innovative business leader and global executive coach specializing in building high performing multicultural teams. She has dedicated her entire career to partnering with corporate clients on their talent and leadership development strategies. She has been instrumental in leading disruption for business innovation as she successfully led a project to transform her previous organization from an intercultural training company to a global coaching organization.

Originally from the US, she has a Masters degree from Columbia University in Organizational Development and has been based in Hong Kong for over 20 years. She has also lived and worked in Sweden and Japan, and has traveled extensively to over 60 countries around the world.

Charlie Lang, founder of Progress-U, has always welcomed disruption as a trigger for innovation and transformation. For example, when the global financial crisis hit in 2008, he was saw it as a growth opportunity for Progress-U. As a result, Progress-U Singapore (2008) and Japan (2009) were founded.

Originally from Germany, Charlie has lived for almost 20 years in Asia. In 2017, he decided to move to the countryside in Thailand. Ever since, he has been working almost exclusively online, over 2 years before COVID19 started. Charlie is considered a pioneer of coaching in Asia, having coached hundreds of C-level executives of medium and large organizations. Charlie is also the author of 2 books and over 250 articles.
