About Ruma

Ruma is one of very few ORSC certified Systems Coaches in Asia, with an international coaching experience. With more than 3000+ hours of coaching experience, she cultivates open & honest conversations and has coached leaders (1:1 coaching) as well as executive teams & members of the board (Systems coaching). Her coaching mainly pertains to 5 elements of any successful & high performing system: (i) Autonomy or individual brilliance of leaders, (ii) Inter-dependence, (iii) Channeling the energy in conflicts, (iv) Vulnerability and (v) Direction or Purpose.

Her passion is to co-create a social impact through change in beliefs and cultural shifts in organizations. She has coached & trained leaders across US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Hong Kong, Shanghai and India.

With almost 20 years of corporate background, she brings a rich experience of leading high performing teams in large MNCs and has unique experiences of being the only woman in high stakes sales and negotiation processes; and being the only woman in her Mechanical Engg class. Today, she is on the board of 3 ventures, a prolific writer on leadership topics and a keynote speaker on relationships & systems.
