Bart de Wit has a true passion for coaching leaders across Asia-Pacific as well as creating Talent Development Strategies and programs for Global Fashion-Retail and Sourcing Multinationals. Bart is the Founder and CEO of Bluwater Consultants, Guest-Lecturer at the HKUST-MBA and Vice-President of the International Coach Federation (Hong Kong).

Charlie Lang is passionate about individual, team and organizational development at top management level. Charlie is the founder of Progress-U group, a leadership and organizational development firm with offices in 6 metropolitan centers in Asia. Charlie is considered a thought leader having published over 200 articles and the two books "The Groupness Factor" (2005) and "The Coach Factor" (2012).

Dr. Dan Harrison

Dan Harrison, Ph.D. - Organizational Psychology is the founder and developer of Harrison Assessments' and originator of ParadoxTechnology™ as used in Harrison Assessments. His diverse background in Mathematics, Personality Theory, Counseling Psychology, and Organizational Psychology has enabled him to make a unique and exceptional contribution to assessment methodology. His 30 years of experience in Psychology and Assessment has enabled the Harrison Assessment tools to fulfill practical needs for recruitment, development and assessment. Dr Harrison's' ongoing world-wide travel gives him direct involvement with the needs of Harrison Assessments' clients and exposes him to the appropriate practical application in a wide variety of cultures.

Daniel Jacob

Daniel Jacob is one of the two CEOs of the CML Group, the leading global provider of premium quality circuit boards for the Automotive, Industry Electronics and Consumer Electronics sectors. Despite a very busy schedule, Daniel made it a priority to undergo a 600 hours coach certification program and has experienced first-hand the resulting personal and leadership transformation. In 2016, Daniel initiated a corporate culture transformation project for CML towards developing a coaching culture.

Leanne Chan Leanne Chan is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Board of Governor of the International Association of Coaching (IAC). She is passionate about coaching and is an active member of both associations. Drawing on over 15 years as a value-adding human resources professional in multinational corporations, Leanne provides HR consultancy to senior executives and leaders on talent management and leadership coaching in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. She is currently an internal coach focusing on building a performance management coaching culture.

Ruma Biswas is a passionate about leading with purpose. She works with leaders who want to build legacies and her first step is to clarify the purpose of the leader and the organization. Her prior corporate experience in leading global sales for large MNCs gives her the edge when it comes to coaching global organizations, teams and leaders. She is one of the first systems coaches in India and she has been published in leading publications in India such as HuffingtonPost and PeopleMatters.

Yvon Chouinard
Yvon Chouinard is an Executive Coach and the Practice Leader at Pauze Coaching in Montreal, Canada. He is also an expert in mentoring program implementation. Yvon's extensive experience spans over 30 years in the corporate world in both the communication and venture capital sectors with Power Corporation of Canada, a large holding company. Yvon published dozens of articles about leadership, coaching and mentoring and the book "Impact" (2016).
