Sebastien Henry works with successful senior leaders who would like to further succeed by constantly developing themselves and to become more inspiring to their people and organizations. Using a challenging style, Sebastien helps his clients (who usually like challenges) reach their target results. He often coaches them to tap and use to the fullest some of their under-used abilities such as their intuition, emotional intelligence, and creativity.
Sebastien has always followed a double-track path:
• Business track – Sebastien is a down-to-earth business leader, with a strong focus on results. He previously held a regional position in sales and marketing in Asia-Pacific in a multinational company. Presently, he is a co-owner of Progress-U, leading its growth in China and Japan.
• Personal development track - Sebastien worked intensely to explore his limits and untapped potentials through attending more than 1200 hours of personal development workshops, in Asia, in Europe, and in the USA, accumulated over ten years. Regular practice of mountaineering and meditation have always been part of this work, as well as actively learning to write and speak Japanese and Chinese.
His first book, “Emotional Intelligence and Leadership in Asia: Using Emotions To Lead and Inspire Your People” will be published at the end of 2010. He co-designed and regularly facilitates “INSPIRE! A Leadership Retreat for Experienced Leaders,” which is offered for senior managers in South China. He has coached leaders holding various positions, such as: Asia/Pacific General Manager, Asia/Pacific VP, Country General Manager, Asia/Pacific CFO, Department Head.
