How to keep your best employees - Seminar with French Chamber Intensive 2-Day Seminar
Organized by Progress-U Ltd and the French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Shanghai, facilitated by Jesse Hsu
One of the top challenges in Mainland China is to keep the best talents. Highly qualified and performing people have a choice. Even in times of an economic downturn, the best people will stay only if they ‘like’ to stay.
So what is it that makes people leave and what do employers need to do to stop them from doing so?
For most top performers, money is merely a hygiene factor – means, if they feel underpaid, then they may leave for that reason, but overpaying them doesn’t make them stay. Several studies overseas and in Mainland China showed that only about 20% of the people leave primarily for monetary reasons.
During this seminar, the participants will learn the 7 hidden reasons why employees resign and how to address them successfully.
This seminar includes 1 follow-up group session by phone conference to assist the participants in implementing what they will learn.
