MODULE 3

Science of Coaching

Further optimize your competencies as a coach and provide an innovative approach to your clients’ challenges with tools based on neuroscience as well as neurolinguistic programming (NLP)

In this module you will:

  • Deepen your coaching approach when dealing with critical situations
  • The neuroscience of coaching
  • Evoking Awareness: Understanding how to coach the person
  • Key frameworks from Neurolinguistic Programming
  • The pyramid of influence: Coaching values and beliefs
  • Coaching with critical situations

After the Module 3 workshops, you will practice more coaching with your peers and receive feedback from a coach faculty. You will also meet in small groups to discuss your coaching practice with external ‘clients’ to ask questions on any challenges and share successes.

MODULE 4

Art of Coaching

Deepen your coaching practice through greater awareness and understanding of the art of coaching.

  • How to use intuition, visualization, metaphors and stories in coaching
  • Introduction to coaching with emotional intelligence
  • Coaching on universal topics such as Self-Acceptance
  • Coaching in Critical Situations
  • Coaching fluency: How to become a fluent coach

In order to achieve your international coach certifications, there will be Performance Evaluation for ICF.

MENTORING HOURS

ICF Mentoring Hours

To successfully complete this program and achieve your international certification, you are required to complete 10 mentor hours. 7 group mentoring hours and 3 individual mentor hours.

Group Mentoring deepens your understanding of the ICF coaching competencies through practice within your peer group and is supervised by a Senior Mentor Coach.

1:1 Mentoring is designed to prepare you for the ICF Performance Evaluation by receiving in-depth feedback from your mentor coach.

Completing this program will deepen your coaching competencies and skills to successfully provide transformational coaching in a corporate setting.

In addition, you will be eligible to attain the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential of the ICF.
