Your Satisfaction - Guaranteed!
 

If you stay at a first-class hotel and you’re not 100% satisfied, the staff or manager typically offers you some perks like a dinner voucher, a free night, etc. What if you would get more?

What happens when you order a training or coaching service and you’re not 100% satisfied? Typically nothing. You may or may not complain, in any case your money is spent and you remain dissatisfied.

Progress-U’s associates decided that this should change. We really care about our clients who expect first-class services from us. Therefore, we must assure that they are always 100% satisfied with our services. If this is not the case, then they should have the possibility to claim a refund at their own discretion: from 1 to 100% - no questions asked!

 

Why do we do this?

Part of our mission is to provide innovative first-class coaching and training services that create tangible results for our clients. Providing a satisfaction guarantee is in line with this mission and will keep all Progress-U associates at the edge of providing highly professional and satisfactory services.

This kind of flexible refund guarantee is in itself very innovative in the coaching and training industry and thus in line with our slogan: "Innovative Coaching and Training for Your Maximum Progress".

We believe that if you are not 100% satisfied, you should not pay 100%. Ideally you let us know where we haven't performed to your satisfaction, however, the refund is not dependent on your feedback. We understand that if you pay only what you feel is a fair value of what you've got, you will be more likely to give us another chance the next time around to provide you with fully satisfactory services.

 

How it works

Unlike many other money-back guarantees where you get the impression that they don't want you to get your money back even if you were totally dissatisfied, we decided to make it as simple and easy as possible:

After completion of the training/coaching program, you'll receive a questionnaire to provide your feedback. One of the questions will be to rate your satisfaction with the services you experienced. You may tick 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 90%, 100% or more. If your satisfaction rating is below 100%, we'll send you a cheque accordingly - no questions asked.

Only one condition: you will need to complete all assignments given by the coach/trainer and participate in all modules of the program.

 

Applicable Services

The Progress-U Satsifaction Guarantee is applicable to all coaching/training programs rendered by any Progress-U associate (click here to get an overview of all our associates).

For 1:1 coaching services, the questionnaire will be provided at the end of the first month of coaching. If the satisfaction is below 100%, the coaching relationship will be terminated and a refund will be paid accordingly. If your satisfaction is 100% or higher, the relationship continues and the guarantee expires.

For services offered by Progress-U which are delivered by alliance partners of Progress-U, please inquire with us if the alliance partner is willing to provide the same guarantee.

For assessment services, this guarantee is not applicable.
