Entrepreneurial mindset, i.e. no fixed income (high income opportunity due to profit sharing model) and ready to participate in business development
Minimum 8 years of corporate experience, out of which at least 5 years in management positions
Professional coaching education (minimum 80 hours) and executive coaching experience (minimum 200 hours)
Able to fluently communicate in English; ability to work in local language is strongly preferred
Training experience would be a big plus
